| Finding Products | |
| Click a product group from the main menu, e.g. Beef Products. The product area you have selected will then appear. To make it easier to find the right product we have split each section into sub-sections, simply choose the type of product you are looking for e.g.Traditional. You are now into the section to choose the products you wish to purchase. On the right hand side of the screen you will see a scroll bar, you can move this up and down to view the list of all the products within this section. | |
| Ordering Products | |

There are two types of ordering button within our site. First a single order button. This is used for products that have no options. Our second option is in the form of a drop down list. This is for when there are multiple choices to be made, i.e. different flavours or colours. Select the option you require from the drop down list and click on the add to basket button. Once you have clicked the "Order Here" button, you will be taken to your shopping basket. This will show the product you have ordered, the price with a default quantity of 1. If you are happy and wish to continue shopping, click the "Confirm" button. If you wish to complete your purchase click the "Checkout Now" button. If you wish to cancel the item simply click the "Cancel" button |

| Changing quantities | |

When ordering products the shopping cart automatically adds a default value of 1. To change the quantity, if for example you require alb of steak click on the shopping basket button, and click the edit button and change the quantity from 1 to 2 and click the confirm button. If you have finished shopping, to complete the transaction process click on the "Checkout" Button. This will take you to your order and customer details form. Once you have filled in all the details click on the next button. This will take you to a order summary screen, which has a couple of fields we use for customer care and marketing, both fields are optional, however, we would appreciate your comments. On clicking the next button, this will load the final order screen This screen informs you of the final cost including shipping. At this point you must select a payment method. |

You are offered 3 methods of payment:
If you select method 1, you will be taken to a secure page, opened in a second version of your Internet browser. You will be asked to enter your credit card details at this point. When you click the Transmit button, your details will be encrypted and sent to us. Please remember that if you are accessing the Internet through a firewall (usually installed by companies to stop viruses) it is most likely that you will not be allowed to access the secure server area. If you are unable to access the secure credit card page please use methods 2 or 3. If you select methods 2 or 3 and then click the Send Order Now button, you will be taken to a page which is copy of your order. We recommend that you print off a copy of this order and send a copy of it with your credit card details if you are sending them by post or fax or use it as for reference when giving your details via the telephone. |
